  1. I bet their new President has a big plans for them. President Duterte is actually one of the nicest, true to his word and caring president that the Philippines has ever had, with paper writing service just around the corner these OFW's message will surely reach the President.

  2. I think it's important to help such countries especially if they ask for this help. The situation in the world is very unstable nowadays and to keep even little stability developed countries should help countries with weak economy. It's a pity to look on the pictures of poor columbusmmug countries and to be indifferent. I think everybody can make the little impact in this situation.
