A 7.9-magnitude earthquake hit Nepal at around 11AM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 (2PM Philippine Time) with epicenter located at 36km east southeast of Lamjung, Nepal, 77 km northwest of Nepal
capital Kathmandu.
Latest report from The Guardian, revealed that more than 2,000 people were killed by Nepal Earthquake 2015 and a lot more are still missing. Rescue operations are still ongoing.
Justine Greening, the International Development Secretary, allocated £5m (approx. 7.5 Billion USD) in UK funding as contribution towards relief effort for Nepal Earthquake rescue and rehabilitation.
Some of the prayers were shared through social media to reach more people and hopefully a lot of people will take part of the campaign.
As of Sunday, a day after the 7.9-magnitude Nepal Eathquake, the Kathmandu area of Nepal was struck by a magnitude-6.7 aftershock.
The U.S. Geological Survey said the aftershock was likely within a radius of 31 miles of Kathmandu. The aftershock sent people in the city running for open ground. It was not clear what damage was sustained.

Various religious and humanitarian groups around the world already started a campaign called "Pray for Nepal".Some of the prayers were shared through social media to reach more people and hopefully a lot of people will take part of the campaign.
