Arbitrum Airdrop: What You Need to Know

Arbitrum is a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum. It uses optimistic rollups to achieve high throughput and low fees. On March 23, 2023, Arbitrum launched its airdrop of Arbitrum tokens (ARB). The airdrop is being given to users who have interacted with the Arbitrum network.

To be eligible for the airdrop, users must have interacted with the Arbitrum network in one of the following ways:
  • bridged assets to Arbitrum
  • made a transaction on Arbitrum
  • staked ETH on Arbitrum
The amount of ARB tokens that users receive will depend on the amount of activity they have had on the Arbitrum network. Users who have bridged more assets, made more transactions, or staked more ETH will receive more ARB tokens.

The Arbitrum airdrop is a way for Arbitrum to reward its early users and to help decentralize the governance of the Arbitrum network. The ARB token will be used to vote on proposals that affect the Arbitrum network.

If you are interested in participating in the Arbitrum airdrop, you can check your eligibility on the Arbitrum website. The airdrop is currently ongoing and will end on March 30, 2023.

What is Arbitrum Token (ARB)?

Arbitrum Token (ARB) is the native token of the Arbitrum network. It is used to pay for transaction fees on the network and to vote on proposals that affect the network. ARB tokens are also used to stake on the Arbitrum network.

The total supply of ARB tokens is 100 million. The tokens are being distributed through a number of methods, including the Arbitrum airdrop, staking rewards, and community events.
